Glodel Academy graduates earn qualification that is recognized and accepted worldwide. We are accredited by International Colleges and Schools and are fully approved by the Free State Ministry of Education. Our school uses a 4.0 grading scale in alignment with the College Boards and teaches through a normal South African curricular system.
While all of our classes are taught in English, our student body is incredibly diverse. Over the years Glodel Academy has been home to students from South Africa and further afield .
In the last 16 years, a number of students have earned National Merit recognition. Nearly all Glodel Academy students continue their education at a college or university in South Africa.
We offer several specialised classes to our students We also assist students in preparing for a wide array of AP (Advanced Placement) exams each year.
Glodel Academy participates in a variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, and soccer. Most students participate in field trips rich in learning opportunities (e.g., national museums, historical landmarks and Academic Camps).
We offer our students the opportunity to learn and grow in an environment that will build strong character within them as well as academically challenge them to reach their potential.
